Services may be provided by telephone or in person by appointment or drop in. Health Promotion - We work with both individuals and groups in the community to increase control over and improve personal and community health. We give over-the-phone medical advice and have a 24-hour medical on call service for our patients. Specialist's referrals and home visits are arranged as needed.
